සිංහලෙන් FOSS 16 වැනි විකාශයෙන් මෙවර ප්‍රවෘත්ති ලෙස Red Hat Linux පිහිටුවන ලද නව වාර්තාවක්, මේ වසරේ CNET තේරූ තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ වීරයා, GNOME 2.24 එළි දැක්ම, Cloud computing පිළිබඳ RMS ගේ අදහස්, නෙදර්ලන්තයේ open source යෙදවුමක්, Nokia සහ Microsoft Jquery භාවිත කිරීම, Gimp 2.6 නවතාවයෙන් යුතු එළි දැක්ම, නිදහස් මෘදුකාංග පදනමේ (FSF) ප්‍රමුඛතා ලැයිස්තුව, Python 2.6 නව එළි දැක්ම මෙන්ම Netbooks(UMPC) පිළිබඳ මතභේදකාරී අදහසක් අතුළු තොරතුරු ගෙන එන අතර අවසන් වශයෙන් OOXML පිළිබඳ නවතම මතභේදකාරී තොරතුරු ගන එමු. අවසන් වශයෙන් Rock box, iPod සඳහා වන දහස් මෘදුකාංගය පිළිබඳ තොරුතුරක් ගෙන එමින් වැඩසටහන අවසන් කරන්නෙ.
